Today, Sunday, June  24th, I had another dozen cups and some tools for collecting butts. Again, we worked to clear the Drum Circle of butts. Unfortunately, one person was being arrested for smoking and he became violent. The police controlled him as I yelled at him to relax and obey. Some others supported an anti-police riot. I yelled that we do our fighting in court, where we use the Constitution to force our government, not violence. Just look at the mess that idea has caused in other countries. I left at about 4:30, so I don't know what may have happened after.

I hope your decision to allow the Drum Circle to be a Bona Fide religion is not negatively affected by today's unfortunate episode of violence.
